Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty/Damaged Items: Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Customer Errors: We cannot offer refunds for incorrect details provided at checkout (e.g., misspellings).

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we may have already started production.
